Sales and Purchase
All orders are subject to availability of goods Variation in size, colour and finish may occur due to the hand-made processes used in production.
Delivery
Goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of order or a message will be added to the Buyers order explaining the delay and offering the Buyer the opportunity to cancel the order. Delivery of goods shall be deemed to have been duly effected by the Seller in the case of the goods being collected by the Buyer, or when the goods are signed for at the delivery address. The risk of loss or damage passes from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery. The title of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received payment in full for all goods supplied. Despatched in this paragraph means prepared and ready for collection by the packet delivery company employed by the Seller.

Damages, Shortages and Non Delivery
Damages and shortages must be notified to the Seller by e-mail or in writing within 2 days of delivery, otherwise, no claim against the Seller may be made in respect of such matters. Non delivery of goods must be notified to the Seller by e-mail or in writing within 14 days of the of the despatch date on the order record. Please quote our order reference number on all correspondence.

Prices and Payment
Whilst endeavouring to maintain prices, the Seller reserves the right to alter prices without notice. The prices are inclusive of the applicable value added tax. If full payment is not received by the Seller on or before the due date, this being the date of despatch, then without prejudice to it’s rights the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order and or suspend the delivery of that or subsequent orders.

Liability
The Sellers total liability under any contract, however made or implied, shall be limited to the monies paid by the Buyer under that contract and the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury, expense or cost resulting from the use or display of the products or their packaging provided by the Seller. Nothing in these Conditions shall limit or restrict the Seller’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability the exclusion of which is prohibited by English law.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy
If you place an order and wish to cancel, this can be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Please use our 'contact me' page for our email addresses and telephone number. If payment was made via PayPal using a credit or debit card, the payment will be refunded through PayPal.
As many of our items are hand made, fragranced or personalised to order, and we are available to answer any queries regarding our products in advance of an order being placed; refunds are not available.
Both the despatch and return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. If you have any further questions about our Returns Policy, please contact us direct
If however, in the event of a hand made product being supplied, which is not in fulfilment of the original order, a full refund including postage costs will be made.
